GRANITE FALLS -- Prior to overtime MACCRAY made only nine free throws in 16 attempts. Then, in the extra session the Wolverines went 18-for-21 at the free-throw line to edge Yellow Medicine East 81-73 in a non-conference contest Tuesday.
MACCRAY (11-7) led 32-27 at halftime before the Sting (9-9) forced the four-minute overtime session.
Matt Condon led MACCRAY with his double-double of 24 points and 16 rebounds -- both game-high totals. The Wolverines also got 15 points from Justin Koenen and 11 points apiece from Andrew Meyer and Ben Perry.
Luke Berg had 18 points, while Casey Luepke and Kenton Johnson both followed with 13 for YME.
