MONTEVIDEO -- After falling behind three at halftime, Montevideo outscored MACCRAY 43-28 in the second half to pick up a 71-59 non-conference win Tuesday.
Tyler Grey had 23 points, Jon Altena followed with 19 and Trammel Barnes piled up 11 more for the Thunder Hawks, who outrebouned MACCRAY 33-24. Barnes also amassed eight rebounds, eight assists and five steals while Nolan Jasperson grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.
MACCRAY (1-1) owned a 31-28 lead at the break before the Thunder Hawks (2-0) seized control in the second half. Justin Koenen had 13 points, Matt Condon 11 and Andrew Meyer for the Wolverines.

Luke Berg poured in a game-high 27 points and Joey Coubals had a double-double with 13 points and 15 rebounds as the Sting won their opener.
YME built a 36-23 halftime lead and never looked back, although RCW did whittle the deficit to six at one point.
Matt Wilson added 16 points and Kenton Johnson 12 for YME, which cashed 14 of 18 free throws.
For RCW, Chad Mulder dropped in 28 points and hooked even rebounds. Brent Jansen delivered 13 points and Mitch Schwindt 10.
