PRINSBURG -- Brandon VanDerPuy scored both goals as Central Minnesota Christian earned its first win of the season 2-0 over Glencoe-Silver Lake in boys soccer action.
VanDerPuy scored his first goal on a direct kick 19 minutes into the first half, and then tallied his second goal for the Bluejays (1-4) from about 18 feet in front in the 60th minute.
CMCS outshot GSL (0-3) 17-8. Bluejays goalie Tyler Beekman made eight saves.
