ST. CLOUD -- The Willmar Cardinals made it two wins in row after a three-match losing streak with a 6-1 victory against St. Cloud Apollo on Thursday in Central Lakes Conference boys tennis.
This match lacked the tension of Wednesday's road victory at Sartell, which went down to a tiebreaking third set.
Willmar will take a 5-3 league record to Alexandria on Monday looking to avenge the loss that started that three-match slide.
