WILLMAR -- The jury trial for Toni Marie Braness, the former executive director of Pact 4 Families Collaborative, was rescheduled Tuesday and now is set to begin in January.
Braness faces three felony counts of theft by swindle related to the alleged theft of more than $10,000 from the family services and children's mental health collaborative. She was fired by the Pact 4 board of directors after the alleged theft was discovered.
The jury trial is now set to begin Jan. 16.
