WILLMAR -- The jury trial for former Pact 4 Executive Director Toni Braness was cancelled early Tuesday morning and plans for a plea hearing are reportedly in the works.
Braness, accused of misusing Pact 4 gift cards and gift certificates worth around $10,000, is expected to plea to one or several of the three felony charges she faces. The plea hearing has yet to be scheduled, but Kandiyohi County District Court administration said the hearing is likely to be scheduled some time Wednesday.
