LAKE LILLIAN -- Buela Youngkrantz, 78, of Lake Lillian died Saturday at her home.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at United Lutheran Church of Lake Lillian. Burial will be in Christina Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at K-M Funeral Home in Lake Lillian and one hour before the service at the church.

She was born July 19, 1928, at Lake Lillian Township, Kandiyohi County, to Martin and Lela (Whitcomb) Knoll. She attended country school and graduated from Atwater High School in 1947. She earned a teaching degree from St. Cloud State and taught at Keewatin and at District 105, Lake Lillian.
She married Earl Youngkrantz on Dec. 27, 1950, in Lake Lillian. They lived and farmed at Lake Lillian their entire married life.
She was a longtime member of First Lutheran Church in Lake Lillian where she was active in WELCA, quilting and teaching Sunday School.
She is survived by her husband; six children: Bev (and Mike) Ryan of Lake Lillian, Dean (and Jane) Youngkrantz of Lake Lillian, Gary (and Jody) Youngkrantz of Lake Lillian, Glenn (and Patsy) Youngkrantz of Lake Lillian, Allen Youngkrantz of Lake Lillian, and Joyce (and Kenten) Damhof of Blomkest; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters: June Oslund of Willmar, Betty (and Gene) Kleinschmidt of Sierra Vista, Ariz., and Lela (and Allen) Mathews of Nevada, Mo.; and one brother: Martin (and Shirley) Knoll of Willmar.
