Ross, Madsen named managers of Torgy's on the Lake
GLENWOOD -- Jeff Ross has been appointed general manager of Torgy's on the Lake by the owner, Marlin F. Torguson.
Ross, a native Minnesotan, has lived in the Alexandria area since 1976 and is the former owner of Jeff and Judy's Restaurant in Forada.
Chris Madsen has been promoted to assistant manager of Torgy's on the Lake. He began working at Torgy's in 2003.
The restaurant and resort will celebrate its 60th year in business in April in Long Beach, which is between Glenwood and Starbuck on Minnesota Highway 28. It was started by Floyd Torguson in 1946 as a convenience store and beer parlor. Marlin F. Torguson joined his father in the family business in 1966, and Torgy's was moved to its current location. In 1995, Marlin F. Torguson took over ownership of Torgy's on the Lake and expanded and remodeled the restaurant and resort.

Kleine joins Wells Fargo in Willmar
WILLMAR -- Don Kleine has been named the district business banking relationship manager at Wells Fargo in Willmar. He will provide financial services support to business customers in the Willmar area.
Kleine was a business banking relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Alexandria and has held other positions in consumer and small business banking. From 1995 to 2000, he was manager of the Alexandria store.
A native of Marshall, Kleine holds an associate degree in finance and credit from Alexandria Technical College and attended Southwest State University in Marshall.
Edina Realty hires three agents
WILLMAR -- Jon Hull, Katy Jacobson and Tim Dunlavy have joined the Edina Realty office in Willmar.
Hull recently completed his real estate training with ProSource. He has over four years of experience as a general contractor in the Willmar area and several years of experience in property management. He is married with three children and has lived in the community since 1991.
Jacobson, a Willmar native, is transferring to the Willmar office from the St. Cloud office. She obtained her training from ProSource and is currently enrolled in Edina University.

Dunlavy received his education from ProSource. The Willmar native is married and has two children.
Kleiman named partner at law firm
OLIVIA -- Kraft, Walser, Hettig & Honsey law firm announces that Chris Kleiman has become a partner. The firm's name is now Kraft, Walser, Hettig, Honsey & Kleiman.
Kleiman, an attorney since 1997, practices in the areas of estate planning, medical assistance, real estate, probate and business law. He earned a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. He lives in Hutchinson. The firm has offices in Hutchinson, Olivia and Renville.
Beecroft joins Century 21 Kandi Realty
WILLMAR -- Barry Beecroft has joined Century 21 Kandi Realty in Willmar. He completed his training at ProSource and will be specializing in residential and commercial real estate. He lives in New London with his wife and two children.

Carol Frikke and Shari Olson of New Image Salon in Willmar attended a three-day hair conference conducted by White Sands Hair Care Inc. They learned the "Picasso code," which is a system of cutting and texturing hair using the new razor/scissor.
