WILLMAR -- A 24-year-old Willmar man was arrested Sunday night after stealing a car along the 700 block of Lakeland Drive Southeast.
Carlos Osvaldo Morales Gonzalez allegedly stole a red Pontiac Sunbird around 8:20 p.m. and was later pulled over by Willmar Police officers. Gonzalez was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, displaying revoked plates and no insurance.
