WILLMAR -- Carl Johann Larson, 91, of Willmar, died Thursday at Bethesda Heritage Center in Willmar.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Assembly of God Church in Willmar. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
He was born Nov. 28, 1913, in Brooke Township, Buena Vista County, Iowa, to Carl and Mary (Raveling) Larson. The family moved to a farm south of Willmar when he was 3. He attended rural School District 109 and farmed with his father after finishing his schooling.

He married Elvera Zupke on Feb. 21, 1945, in Willmar. They lived and farmed south of Willmar and retired in 1975.
He was a member of Assembly of God Church and active with the senior's group and adult Bible study. He served on the District 109 School Board and the Community Club of rural Willmar.
He is survived by his wife; children: Diane (and Bill) Schlagel of Murdock, Donna (and Tim) Underland of Spicer, Larry (and Mary) Larson of Willmar, and Robert (and Linda) Larson of Willmar, James (and Sharyle) Larson of Orofina, Idaho, Dennis (and Ann) Larson of Willmar, and Carl Larson Jr. of Willmar; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his one brother and one sister.
