The Willmar Area Arts Council brought hot drinks and cool creations to downtown Willmar Saturday with Celebrate Art! Celebrate Coffee! The annual event features a juried art show and sale, artists’ demonstrations, free hands-on activities and plenty of coffee. Organizers estimate 3,000-3,500 people attend the free festival each year.
