WILLMAR -- Charleen Mae "Char" Kuehl, 70, of Willmar died Sunday at her home, following an illness.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Assembly of God Church in Willmar. Burial will be at Cloverleaf Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and for one hour prior to service at the church on Thursday.
She was born May 6, 1935, near Woonsocket, S.D., to Harry and Cecil (Larson) Lynch. She attended elementary school in Woonsocket and graduated from Huron High School in 1953.

She married Donald Kuehl on Dec. 5, 1953, in Huron, S.D. They lived in Huron until 1959, when they moved to Milbank, S.D. They moved to Willmar in 1967. She worked part time in the office of the Don Kuehl Agency.
She helped organize and served as president of the Gideon Auxiliary and Evangel College Auxiliary while living in Milbank. She was a member of Willmar Assembly of God, and active in teaching Sunday school, coordinating the missionette program for girls and continuing as leader for 15 years. She served as kitchen and serving group chairman for 17 years and coordinated weddings and anniversaries.
She is survived by her husband; children: Gloria Reinert of Willmar, Jacque (and Steve) Sullivan of St. Paul, Donovan (and Susan) Kuehl of Willmar; eight grandchildren; and siblings: Florence (and Don) Fillipi of Casa Grande, Ariz., Delores (and Bud) Buckland of Huron, S.D., Herb (and Colleen) Lynch of Lakewood, Colo., Janice (and Dennis) Tollefson of Minneapolis, Marcia Wigton of Ham Lake and Sam (and JoAnn) Lynch of Apple Valley.
She was preceded in death by one son: David Kuehl.
