WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday in the council chambers at the Municipal Utilities Building, 700 Litchfield Ave. S.W.
The council will receive the reports of the Labor Relations Committee, the Public Works/Safety Committee, the Finance Committee and the Community Development Committee.
The council will consider an on-sale liquor license for Hi Tops Bar & Grill; will consider a request to reapportion special assessments for Boulder Ridge; and will consider the final plat of Boulder Point Fourth Addition.
The public is invited to speak to the council during the open forum.
A hearing will be held to vacate a portion of 36th Street Northwest.
