WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday in the council chambers at the Willmar Municipal Utilities Building, 700 Litchfield Ave. S.W.
The council will hold a hearing at 7:02 p.m. on an ordinance establishing fees charged by the city.
The open forum will follow the meeting.
The council will receive the reports of the Finance Committee, Public Works/Safety Committee and the Community Development Committee.
The council will consider a request from Chad Monson for reapportionment of special assessments; will consider a transportation funding resolution; and adopt goals and objectives from the January planning retreat.
