WINDOM -- Clayton Voit, 60, of Windom died Monday at the Good Samaritan Communities in Windom.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Windom. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
He was born Aug. 27, 1947, in Worthington to William and Margaret (Kopeste) Voit. He grew up on a farm in the Heron Lake and Dundee area. The family later farmed near DeGraff and Murdock. He graduated in 1966 from Murdock High School and was a 1967 graduate in welding from Willmar Vocational Institute. He worked at Fingerhut Corporation in Benson for nine years and later at the TORO Company in Windom for 22 years. In February 2003, he moved to the Good Samaritan Communities in Windom.
He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Windom where he served as an usher. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and of the Catholic Order of Foresters in Heron Lake.

He is survived by several cousins.
