FARIBAULT --Cleone Hazel Schmidt, 74, of Faribault died Monday at the District One Hospital in Faribault.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Faribault. Burial will be at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Boldt Funeral Home in Faribault and for one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
She was born April 13, 1933, in Jeffers to George and Hazel (Evans) Dirks. She graduated from Willmar High School in 1950.

She married Willard Schmidt on Aug. 3, 1952, in Willmar. They lived in the Willmar area. They retired and moved to Brainerd. They lived in Faribault for the last 22 years.
She is survived by her husband; three children: Gordon (and Janel) Schmidt, Larry (and Nancy) Schmidt, all of Farmington, and Sheryl (and Larry) Preble of Faribault; eight grandchildren; and one sister: Noreen (and John) Butler of Pennock.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
