Community Connect

Tammie Klaassen, of Pep’s Barber Shop and Salon, cuts Victoria Lucht’s hair. More than 25 organizations and service providers provide information to area residents attending a Community Connect event Tuesday at Evangelical Free Church in Willmar. Services offered during Community Connect included a free meal, haircuts, family photos, manicures, facials and more. Planning partners included Salvation Army, Lutheran Social Services Youth Programs, United Way, Willmar Public Library and Heartland Community Action Agency.
