Correction
A secondary headline published Wednesday with a story about the delay in the sale of bonds for a broadband project was incorrect. Consolidated Telecommunications Co. needs 50 percent of the estimated 1,600 potential home and business customers in the Kandiyohi County project area to sign up in advance before moving ahead with construction of fiber lines. By noon Wednesday, sign-up was at 44 percent of the 800 needed.
