McChesney was charged with seven felony counts and one gross misdemeanor count.
She was found not guilty on four felony counts of finance card fraud - intent to defraud.
Two felony counts of theft by swindle were combined with a gross misdemeanor charge of theft by swindle. She was convicted of that gross misdemeanor charge.

She also was convicted of one felony county of theft by swindle.
