COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. - A man here was cited by police for his involvement in a neighbor-to-neighbor dispute over snow.

According to Cottage Grove police, an officer responded Sunday afternoon to a report of two neighbors arguing over where snow was being thrown by a snowblower.

Duane R. Grunwald, 55, was cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and swearing at another man before the officer arrived, according to a police report. The citation was a misdemeanor.

Another dispute over plowed snow took place in a different neighborhood Tuesday, police said.

A man got into a shouting match with the driver of a plow truck over where the driver was depositing snow, but there were no arrests in that incident.
