Kids' Pedal Tractor Pull

Official contest rules:
Contest will be for children ages 4 to 11 years of age.

The child will enter the class for the age he/she is on the day of the pull.
Whoever pulls the weighted sled the greatest distance in his/her age group will be the winner of that group.
Each contestant must have parent's or guardian's signature.
The length of the pull is measured as the point that the forward motion stops.
First and second place winners will be able to advance to the Minnesota State Pedal Tractor Pull.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each group.
No entry fees required.
All equipment, including pedal tractors, will be furnished.

A contestant that has qualified for the state before can pull again, but cannot qualify for the state twice.
The contestant must be wearing a good pair of shoes; no sandals permitted.
No pre-registration is necessary. Interested parties should simply show up early the day of the event to get registered. No entries will be accepted after an age category has begun pulling. Entry forms are available in all Kandiyohi County 2008 Fair Guides; photo copies are acceptable.
