WILLMAR -- A one-mile section of Kandiyohi County Road 116 south of Willmar has been closed to traffic today because of high water and road damage.
The closure extends from 135th Avenue Southwest to County Road 3 in Edwards Township.
Damage was reported on County Road 116, just south of County Road 3.
The Kandiyohi County Public Works Department office in Willmar is asking motorists to use alternate routes.
The road will remain closed until further notice.
