WILLMAR-Kandiyohi County Road 23 will open to traffic around noon Wednesday about 2 miles east of Willmar.
Construction crews will finish the majority of work at the intersection of
County Road 23 and 45th Street Southeast, according to the Kandiyohi County Public Works Department office in Willmar.
Some work still remains in that area, so motorists are urged to drive slowly and with caution.
