Fraud

WILLMAR — An individual attempted to use fake money to pay bail at the Kandiyohi County Jail. According to the initial report filed at 6:24 p.m. Monday, someone tried to post bail using three counterfeit $100 bills.

Arrest

RAYMOND — A 26-year-old woman was arrested Monday afternoon on charges of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and speeding. The incident was reported at 2:06 p.m. on state Highway 23 Southwest and 105 Street Southwest.

Vandalism

WILLMAR — Graffiti was discovered on several structures Tuesday, including a business in the 900 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest, a building in the 600 block of Pacific Avenue Southwest and a bridge.

Theft

WILLMAR — A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle in the 13000 block of 42nd Street Northeast. The incident was reported at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.

WILLMAR — A vehicle was broken into in the 1000 block of Irene Avenue Southeast and a purse stolen from it. A debit card in the purse was used after the theft was reported Tuesday morning.

Child locked in car

WILLMAR — Police responded to a report at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday of a child locked inside a vehicle in the 300 block of Seventh Street Northwest. Officers unlocked the vehicle. No other details were available.
