WILLMAR — Two men purchased almost $6,000 dollars worth of power tools with a credit card that did not belong to them around 11:30 p.m. Thursday from a business located on the 4300 block of U.S. Highway 12 East in Willmar.

According to the report, by the time the business figured it out, the men had already left with the items.

Warrant arrest

WILLMAR — A 26-year-old man was arrested on a Kandiyohi County warrant Thursday afternoon on the 400 block of Ninth Street Southwest in Willmar.

Crash

WILLMAR — An elderly woman drove her car into a building Friday afternoon on the 400 block of 19th Avenue Southeast in Willmar.

Trespass

WILLMAR — A man was cited for trespassing Thursday afternoon on the 1400 block of First Street South in Willmar.

Domestic

WILLMAR — A probable cause arrest warrant was sent out around noon Thursday related to a domestic incident on the 400 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest in Willmar.

Damage to property

WILLMAR — A door was busted in Thursday evening at a residence on the 1100 block of Second Street Southeast in Willmar.

According to the report, it’s unknown if property was stolen and law enforcement is waiting on video from the residence.

WILLMAR — A burned Trump campaign was reported as burned Friday morning on the 1200 block of Sixth Street Southwest in Willmar.

Crash

LAKE LILLIAN — A man from Texas suffered non-life threatening injuries in a one-vehicle rollover at 12:35 p.m. Friday on eastbound state Highway 7 in Lake Lillian Township, reported the Minnesota State Patrol.

Marcos Dejesus Ramos, 25, of Mission, Texas, was driving eastbound on Highway 7 in a 2007 Chevy Tahoe when the vehicle veered off the road. The Tahoe rolled at the intersection of 165th Street Southeast, east of Lake Lillian.

Assisting the Minnesota State Patrol were the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office and Lake Lillian Ambulance.

Crash

BUFFALO LAKE — A 25-year old woman suffered injuries in a vehicle crash involving a semi around 2:16 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 810th Avenue and 520th Street, about two miles north of Buffalo Lake.

Sarah Schaffer of Buffalo Lake was transported to Health Partners in Olivia for treatment.

According to the Renville County Sheriff's Office press release, Felix Papa, 41, of Murdock, was driving a 1999 International Semi tractor/trailer, when he failed to yield to Schaffer, who was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado.

Both Papa and Schaffer were wearing their seatbelts.

The sheriff's office is continuing the crash investigation.

Assisting at the scene were the Renville County Sheriff's Office, Buffalo Lake Ambulance, Buffalo Lake Fire Department, Hector Fire Department, Buffalo Lake Police Department and the Hector Police Department.
