WILLMAR -- Darrel W. Hahn, age 86, of Osseo, formerly of Willmar, died July 18.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Advent Lutheran Church in Maple Grove. Burial will be at Maple Knoll Cemetery.

Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with the Cremation Society of Minnesota.

He was born October 24, 1919, in Oberon, N.D., to William and Dorothy (Kanzelman) Hahn. He graduated from Boyd High School and served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He worked for Burlington Northern Railroad in Willmar for 30 years.

He is survived by his children: Cathryn (and Richard) Steininger of Timonium, Md., Evelyn (and Norman) Onnen of Maple Grove; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Margaret; an infant granddaughter; and one sister.
