WILLMAR -- Dave Gordon Emberland, 50, of Willmar died Thursday at the St. Cloud Hospital.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Covenant Church in Willmar. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
He was born Dec. 21, 1954, in Willmar to Gordon and Delores (Jorgenson) Emberland. He grew up in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in 1972.

He married Diane Olson on Dec. 2, 1972, at First Covenant Church in Willmar. They lived in Iowa and Missouri, and then returned to Willmar in 1975. He worked as a millwright and also for Farm Service Elevators for 10 years. He was self-employed as a subcontractor for Gillis and Lange Ag.
He was a member of the Eagles Club.
He is survived by his wife; son: Aaron Emberland of Willmar; his mother of Willmar; and five sisters: Jolene (and Jeffrey) Hahn of New Jersey, Laurie (and Dan) Shepard of International Falls, Jill (and Charles) Alexander, Mary Beckman, and Jane Emberland, all of Willmar.
He was preceded in death by his father.
