DAWSON — Icy roads were a factor in a one-vehicle crash that injured one Wednesday morning in Lac qui Parle County , according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
According to the crash report, Andrea Lynn Thompson, 30, of Dawson, was transported to Johnson Memorial Health Services in Dawson for non-life threatening injuries.
Thompson was eastbound on U.S. Highway 212 in a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer when the vehicle went off the roadway and into the north ditch in Riverside Township east of Dawson.
She was wearing her seatbelt, her airbag deployed and alcohol was not involved.

The Dawson Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services also responded to the incident reported at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
