WILLMAR -- Reconstruction work will begin Monday on Kandiyohi County Road 41 north of Willmar. Detours will be put in place during the project.

According to the Kandiyohi County Public Works Department office in Willmar, crews will begin working on County Road 41, also known as the Radio Station Road, from the south junction of County Road 24 near Foot Lake, north to County Road 25 near King Lake.

The work on County Road 41 will also close the north junction with County Road 24 at County Road 41, northwest of Willmar Lake.

The closure of County Road 41 will require detouring of County Road 24 in its entirety.

Portions of the detoured routes will remain closed over the construction season. Other parts of the road will be reopened to traffic as they are completed.
