WILLMAR – The detours on Minnesota Trunk Highway 23 north of Raymond and south of Granite Falls will be removed and the road opened to traffic by the end of the day Friday.
The project started May 2nd with the construction of passing lanes between Russell and Florence in southwest Minnesota. The detour south of Granite Falls and north of Raymond were the last two remaining project detours.
