Tiffany Dexter and Mark Krogstad are engaged to be married this winter in Turks and Caicos.
Dexter is the daughter of Bruce and Ginger Dexter of Willmar.
She is a 2005 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2008 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead with a degree in exercise science and nutrition/dietetics. She is employed by Aurora Medical Center in Grand Forks, N.D., as a registered dietitian and by Snap Fitness as a personal trainer.
Krogstad is the son of Jeffrey and Susan Krogstad of Willmar.
He is a 2003 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D., with a degree in mathematics. He is a third-year graduate student at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks.
