TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Dianne Barbara (Nichols) Eurich, 68, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died March 29, following a long battle with cancer.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, with a time of sharing at 2:30 p.m., at Faith Lutheran Church in Spicer. Private burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar.
Local arrangements are by Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar.
She was born Jan. 14, 1940, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Bernard and Mildred (Fredrickson) Nichols. They moved to Willmar where she graduated in 1958 from Willmar High School. She attended Concordia College in Moorhead and later received her bachelor's degree in communications from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
She married Larry Hellikson. She traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe as an Air Force spouse for 22 years. While living in Hawaii, she worked with the military as a student counselor for Hawaii Pacific University.

She married Larry Eurich in 1992. They moved to Michigan, and later to Alabama where they retired in 2001.
She is survived by her second husband; sons: Doug Hellikson (and Karen Kirsten) of Oakland, Calif., Erik Hellikson (and Peggy Yen) of Cary, N.C.; step-children: Wendy (and Gib) Andrews of San Diego, Calif., Sandra Eurich of Charlotte, N.C.; eight grandchildren; her mother of Spicer; siblings: Kathy (and Mike) Baker of Spicer, Gary (and Maureen) Nichols of Surprise, Ariz., and Brad (and Kathi) Nichols of Willmar.
She was preceded in death by her father.
