Christine Marie Dilger and Travis Scott Foster, both of Willmar, are engaged to be married Aug. 14 in Spicer.
Dilger is the daughter of Valora Carlson of Svea and Don and Trudy Dilger of Prairie DuChien, Wis.
She is a 2000 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Ridgewater College's cosmetology program. She is employed at Hair and More in Willmar.
Foster is the son of Jane and Jerome Vikse of Spicer and Scott and Emily Foster of McLean, Va.
He is a 1998 graduate of New London-Spicer High School in New London. He is the owner of Trav's Dino Mart in Willmar and Grove City.
