Dog bite

WILLMAR -- An 8-year-old Fairfax girl was treated at the Rice Hospital Emergency Room after the Willmar Police Department received a report of a dog bite around 5:05 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 26th Avenue Northeast and Country Club Drive.

The girl suffered wounds on her neck and cheek from the dog. The animal is described as a black and tan Rottweiler-like dog.
