GROVE CITY -- Donna Mae Hoerchler, 77, of Grove City died Tuesday at her home.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Church of Our Lady in Manannah. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
She was born June 19, 1929, in Carroll, Iowa, to George and Teresa (Neuerburg) Schachtner. She graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Fonda, Iowa, in 1947.

She married Cletus Hoerchler on Dec. 30, 1947. They lived in Gillette Grove, Iowa, and then moved to Grove City in 1958. She worked in the housekeeping department at Meeker County Memorial Hospital, in quality control at H.T.I., and at Augustana Home Care.
She was a member of the Church of our Lady in Manannah and the Council of Catholic Women.
She is survived by her children: Janet Johnson of Grove City, Mark (and Joann) Hoerchler of Monticello, Sharon (and Daniel) Lindstrom of Grove City, Dale Hoerchler (and Melissa Buer) of Atwater, Mary Hoerchler of Willmar; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; special friend: Alvin Jans of Grove City; and her siblings: Walter Schachtner of Belvidere, Ill., Lloyd (and Marion) Schachtner of Fort Dodge, Iowa, Verna (and Robert) Maystadt of Carroll, Iowa, and Ruth (and Gene) Madden of Pocahontas, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son-in-law: Wayne Johnson; one granddaughter; and two brothers.
