WILLMAR -- An altercation between two men forced residents from their apartment after one of the men rammed his car into the wall of a building at 525 Southwest 16th St. in Willmar at 4:10 a.m. on Friday.
The suspect rammed the car into the building four times before fleeing the scene, according to the Willmar Police Department.
One resident suffered minor injuries from falling debris when the building was struck with a 1992 Lincoln Towncar.
The occupant was transported by Willmar Ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The suspect, a 21-year-old male whose identity is known to police, was still at at-large Friday evening. Police said he faces potential charges of second degree assault and felony criminal damage to property.

The Willmar Fire Department and building inspector assisted Willmar Police and Kandiyohi County Sheriff's deputies at the scene due to the damage. The portion of the building struck by the car was deemed to be unsafe. The Red Cross assisted the displaced apartment residents.
According to an initial report, two men had been in an argument.
The suspect left, but then returned with the car and purposely drove it into the wall of the apartment where the other man lived. Along with the building, a van parked at the site also sustained damage in the incident.
The vehicle used in the assault is believed to be owned by a girlfriend of the suspect.
