WILLMAR -- Sarah Lynn Klein, 30, of Eden Valley, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two felony charges of criminal vehicular homicide for a July 24 crash that killed two Spicer residents.

As part of a plea agreement in Meeker County District Court, four additional felony charges will be dismissed. She will be sentenced March 16.

James R. Nelson, 50, and Amy J. Langford, 43, both died when the 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle they were riding was struck from behind by a 2005 Chevy van driven by Klein.

The crash occurred around 4:20 p.m. July 24 along State Highway 55 in Eden Valley.

Klein was arrested by a Minnesota State Patrol trooper after she failed field sobriety tests and submitted to a preliminary breath test. She had an alcohol concentration of 0.188.
