MONTEVIDEO -- Edna Charlotte Moudry, 84, of Montevideo died Wednesday at Homefront in Montevideo.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wing-Bain Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Montevideo.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born on Feb. 1, 1923, on a farm near Montevideo to Eddie and Christine (Sundt) Kaupang. When she was six years old, they moved into Montevideo. She graduated from Montevideo High School.

She married John Moudry on Oct. 18, 1942, in Granite Falls. She was a waitress at Belle's Grill and the Hunt Hotel. They owned and operated the Tydol Café in downtown Montevideo and then Jack's Recreation. In 1968, they moved to Hutchinson, and then to Sartell. In 1994, they moved to St. Cloud. Jack died in 1995. She then moved back to Montevideo. She moved to Homefront due to failing health.
She is survived by her children: Barbara (and Mike) Kjos of , and John (and Carole) of St. Cloud; her sister: Vivian Phelps of Montevideo; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and siblings.
