Rose Marie Vadnais and Jon Donald Jorgensen, both of Portland, Ore., are engaged to be married July 26 in Portland.
Vadnais is the daughter of Gregory and Leanne Vadnais of East Lansing, Mich.
She is a 1995 graduate of East Lansing High School, a 1999 graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe with a degree in art, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Oregon in Eugene with a master's degree in architecture. She is em-ployed by Thomas Hacker Architects in Portland.
Jorgensen is the son of Virginia Jorgensen of Spicer and the late Donald Jorgensen.
He is a 1994 graduate of Willmar Senior High School, a 1998 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead with a degree in chemistry, and a 2004 graduate of the University of Oregon in Eugene with a master's degree in architecture. He is employed by Works Partnership Architecture in Portland.
