Brooke Elizabeth Woestman and Dustin James Sharstrom, both of Yuma, Ariz., are engaged to be married today at Windom Park in Winona.
Woestman is the daughter of Don and Kris Woestman of Verona, Wis.
She is a 2003 graduate of Verona Area High School and is a 2007 graduate of Winona State University with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is employed as a social worker by Hospice of Yuma.
Sharstrom is the son of Maggie Sharstrom of Barron, Wis., and Steve Sharstrom of Willmar.
He is a 2000 graduate of Willmar Senior High School, a 2006 graduate of Winona State University with a bachelor's degree in mass communication and a 2007 graduate of St. Mary's University in Winona with a master's degree in education. He is employed as a seventh grade social studies and English teacher by Southwest Junior High School in San Luis, Ariz. He is also chair of the History Department.
