APPLETON -- Eunice Judell Voorhees, 85, of Appleton died Sunday at the Appleton Municipal Nursing Home.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church in Morris. Burial will be at Summit Cemetery in Morris.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
She was born Jan. 3, 1921, in Swenoda Township, Swift County, to Gilbert and Bertha (Sandven) Fragodt. She grew up and attended school in Swenoda Towsnhip and graduated from Appleton High School.

She married Donald Voorhees on May 2, 1940, in rural Big Bend. They moved to the Morris area in the late 1940s. She worked as a retail clerk for various stores in Morris. She was also the bookkeeper for the Morris Texaco and the Morris Sinclair service stations.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Morris and the birthday club.
She is survived by her children: Darrel (and Jane) Voorhees of New London, Deanna (and John) Amundson of Westbrook, Dean (and Kay) Voorhees of Oskaloosa, Iowa, Larry (and Carol) Voorhees of Knoxville, Tenn., Judi (and Rick) Andreasen of Kensington; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three siblings: Paul (and Johanna) Fragodt, Kenneth (and Vonnie) Fragodt, and Irene Voorhees, all of Benson.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one grandson; one great-grandson; one sister, three brothers and infant twin brothers.
