DANVERS -- Fern Gladys Gallagher, 90, of Danvers died Friday at Ben Taub General Hospital In Houston, Texas.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Church of the Visitation Catholic Church in Danvers. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. today with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. at Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson and for one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
She was born July 30, 1917, in Holloway to Gustav and Clara (Reuss) Teske. She grew up in the Holloway and Danvers area. She attended school through grade 12.

She married Walter Gallagher on Feb. 28, 1937, in Danvers. They farmed in Swift County. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the altar and rosary society at Danvers, the quilting club and Danvers Artists.
She is survived by her children: Ron (and Jeannie) Gallagher of Los Molinos, Calif., Ellie (and Bill Nettleton) Gallagher Sukow of Burnsville, and Janet (and Randall) Gallagher Middlebrook of Katy, Texas; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one brother: Wesley Teske of Baxter.
She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter: Patsy Gallagher; son: Tom Gallagher; and three siblings.
