APPLETON -- Florrine Esther Hein, 78, of Appleton died Wednesday at the Appleton Municipal Hospital.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton. Burial will be at the Appleton City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Zniewski Funeral Home-Vaala Chapel in Appleton and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
She was born Sept. 30, 1927, in Moyer Township, Swift County, to Alfred and Mildred (Schliep) Sachs. She graduated from Holloway High School in 1945.

She married Floyd Hein on Oct. 13, 1946. They farmed north of Appleton until Floyd died in 1981. She moved to Appleton and babysat for many years.
She is survived by three daughters: Carol (and Ken) DeBuhr of Correll, Lois (and Larry) O'Meara of West Fargo, N.D., Linda (and Reggie) Lee of Underwood; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Anna Mae (and Del) Thielke of Dawson and Geraldine Stavig of Robbinsdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one sister.
