MURDOCK -- Junior fullback Mark Skoglund shredded the Pillager defense for 220 yards and five touchdowns in just the first two quarters as Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg ripped Pillager 54-16 on Wednesday.
KMS shared the conference title with Browerville, which loss to United North.
Skoglund, a 200-pound junior, tallied on runs of 22, 30, 38, 11 and 6 yards. Sophomore Mitch Hagen added an 83-yard dash in the third period.
