LeAnne Freeman greets Judy Johnson, right, and retired City of Willmar Parks and Recreation Director Dale Johnson, who hired her 24 years ago as a recreation supervisor. Freeman retired this month as the Willmar Community Education and Recreation Program Director for both the Dorothy Olson Aquatics Center and the Community and Activity Center, where her retirement party was held on Tuesday. Asked her future plans, she responded: “I’m going out to Montana to visit family and relax and figure out what’s next. I definitely  plan on remaining in this community and staying involved.”
