WATSON -- A South Dakota man was injured last night when the vehicle he was driving crossed the center line and struck a semi.
The accident happened around 6 p.m. Friday on state Highway 7, north of Watson in Chippewa County.
According to the State Patrol, Jospeh Hoveland, 33, of Milbank, S.D., was going south on Highway 7 when his 1992 GMC Sierra crossed the center line and sideswiped a semi behind the fuel tank and dual tires.
Hoveland was taken to the Montevideo hospital where he was treated and released for injuries.
The driver of the semi, Todd Jordan, 47, of Winnebago, was not injured.
