Willmar Community Education and Recreation is offering a "Gentle Defense" class for ages 7-and-up. Basic techniques of the gentle martial art Ju Jitsu will be taught by Dan Hanson. The class meets Mondays through Nov. 24 from 7-8 p.m. at Kennedy School. A child trains free with a parent. The fee is $30.
