DAWSON -- Dawson-Boyd held off a late surge from Renville County West and went on to beat the Jaguars 57-55 Friday in a Camden North Conference game.
The Blackjacks finished in a tie for the conference title with Lakeview with 11-4 records.
Kelly Swenson scored 17 points to pace Dawson-Boyd (11-4, 12-7). Nikki Swenson added 12 points and Kristin Lee had 10 points and six rebounds.
Megan Groen tallied a game-high 21 points and six assists for RCW (9-6, 13-8).

MACCRAY mounted a big comeback, but came up short. Patina Queenan drained two free throws with :06 left in the game for a 60-56 lead. MACCRAY then scored at the buzzer for the final two-point margin.
Queenan, who made 5-of-6 free throws down the stretch, finished with 16 points. Esther Peterson generated 21 points and eight rebounds and Sarah Carlson had 10 points and six steals.
The Wolverines trailed by as many as 17 points in the first half and 30-19 at halftime. Ashley Beseman hit a trio of treys to help MACCRAY catch up and go-ahead briefly late in the game. Beseman finished with 15 points, Danielle Goeman 12 and Ashley Alsum 11 points and 10 rebounds.
