MADISON -- After being held scoreless in the first half, Bree Holleman erupted for 15 points in the second half to ignite Hancock's rally. Lac qui Parle Valley (1-8) owned a five-point lead at halftime before the Owls (5-1) started the second half on a 5-0 run to tie the game at 28.
Jenny Noordmans also netted 15 points for Hancock with Chelsea Voorhees adding 11 more.
Micaela Erickson had 12 points and Lauren Struxness followed with 10 to pace LQPV. Erickson also pulled down 10 rebounds to post her third double-double of the season.
Minneota edged previously unbeaten Russell-Tyler-Ruthton 58-53 in the title game.
