The Fighting Saints, who trailed 32-29 at halftime, held the Sting to 20 second-half points.
Steph Stassen recorded a game-high 24 points to lead KMS. Demi Young added 18 points and Bailey Carlson had 11.
Anne Jepson had 10 poinhts for YME. Darcie Listul added nine points.
